I’m Dr Ariadna Cymet Lanski, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in helping clients reconnect with themselves, heal emotional patterns, and create sustainable change.

In my practice, I specialize in reproductive mental health—

including infertility, third-party family building, pregnancy loss, and parenthood—as well as broader challenges related to anxiety, grief, identity, and relationship dynamics. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by pressures at work, struggling to redefine what balance looks like in the midst of demanding careers, shifting roles, and personal upheaval.
